Handy Attachment Options for Outlook

Attachment Options by Slovak Technical Services provides you with a handy interface to hack the registry (for OL2002, OL2003) or even the outlook-dlls (for OL2000, which I already had to do with a hex-editor).

And why? To make outlook believe that you are aware what a VBS or URL attachment is and that you will for sure check it twice before opening… in other words: it makes exactly OPENING or SEEING possible again… this means you can move attachment-types between security level 1 and 2 in Outlook… nice…
