SpyBot against 8450 scams

SpybotSD-Search & Destroy? is an anti-scam/spam/hijacker software like i.e. AdAware that protects your PC against all types of dialers, downloaders, keyloggers, etc…

Currently (incl. Update from July 22nd) it can detect 8450 problems on your PC and protect against 471 different dialer, keylogger, trojan etc. products as you can read in detail of SpyBot’s feature page

I must admit it found some very questionable things on my machine at the last scan, altough some software doesn’t make a secret to be SpyWare (e.g. sending information about the visited pages etc. to a central host)... by this test it just reminded me to uninstall some very unneeded tools immediately from my PC – if not for security then for the overall speed…

No Adware!
