Bharani's Blog points me to a rather interesting tool for even 3-way merging files… this tops Eclipse, although it's not free software.

It's pretty cool too.

Araxis is having some unique features like 3 way merge, Folder comparison, Filters. Great tool to merge the files/folders. #1 Recommendation :-)
