Typical Project Life

I had listed the same picture(translated to Japanese) and one of my reader had told me that, this image is from a book called "The Mythical Man-Month".

I was worned about copy-right, I personally don't think its a problem as long as it is not for business use. Do you have any idea about copy-righting on image like this?
