Yes – when you send in your code they give it to 250 or 500 competitors and they must try to break your code with dirty test cases… wow. I think this is really fancy recruiting top-skill ! and all that for a nice little money minimum – 3 month salary for a senior/chief developer – is what a recruiter gets – for ONE person – here they get 499 cool dudes included on their list… Google knows how to do business well…
