Thanks to J2EEGEEK I could find this great Dilbert cartoon…

Very funny, because my project is an XP aswell – fortunately my customer understood the advantages and disadvantages and helps enforcing small featuresets per release… oh – btw: release in 1 week :-)

I didn't sea an extream advantages of XP till now, mostly I think XP is only a combination of experiences in term of programming. XP says either planning, design is useless, I just want to say, it's shit, if XP fans can't create plan and design, sure they want to abandon them.

The original of that sketch is hanging on the wall of the ThoughtWorks London offices.

(Oh, and Extream XP does put a high emphasis on design and planning. In fact so high that in XP you're designing and planning all the time, not just in the beginning of a project. I guess you must have misunderstood something.)
