Google uses "*" as a wildcard meaning "any word", so searching for

</p>

	<p>christoph * house</p>

	<p>

could result in

  • Christoph IN THE house
  • Christoph OWNS A house
  • Christoph Cemper's house

A nice side effect of the "*" is that it does not contribute to the word count in searches. Google only takes 10 words per search, using wildcards for some words you can put in more words per query.
