PayPal DOS? Heavy Traffic? Error 3004, 3005?

are displayed after login on PayPal.com right now… what's going on? Together with the 7 "Verify your identify" Scam mails I got in the last days this gives a very unsure picture about the current situation with PayPal…

Hopefully someone is putting Paypal under attack for robbing people with their high fees.
