Orkut TOS suck

Orkut's terms of service harbor a nasty payload —

"By submitting, posting or displaying any Materials on or through the orkut.com service, you automatically grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to copy, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly perform and display such Materials."

well.. I am not going to post anything worthful there, but these TOS look rather crappy… regardless of the real implications of irrelevant US terms of service for EU citizens I suspect a lot of discussion about this stuff and Orkut to change their terms in the future… meanwhile leave your worthful stuff on your own server and just link :-)
