What is confirmed is the public policy to embed US and European money with high tech tracking devices (RFID) as part of the hulking surveillance society.

Well, if you know how RFID tags work and on which concepts they are built, it is obvious that they burn the notes in the micro. Have you ever put some aluminium or other dishes with gold on it into the micro? Don't try that at home…
