A lot of people try to get around the problem that you have to use the Google Toolbar plugin for Internet Explorer – using IE just to see the PR of a page really sucks…

(it seems as some of these scripts are violating the Google TOS who don't allow automatic queries… don't say we didn't warn you…)

I've always used this one - http://www.freelance-help.com/google-ranking-report/pagerank-checker.php - always worked very acurate and has nice Javascript banner available.

But never saw the ones you mentioned - I will check them right away.
