EV1 / RackShack does not cancel accounts

RackShack / EV1 Servers – The Thieves in Texas is a post from a guy who seems to have credit card invoices for more than 6 months for a server at EV1 he doesnt want anymore and that he tried to cancel many times before… but it seems they are still billing him… frigthening, but I would alert my credit card issuer for fraud… should work as simply as that, or?
