More than a year ago I discussed Blog recruiting for weblogs being utilized for recruiting the real cream of the crop – as happy Jorg joined Microsoft

and by change just today I I came across Cedric searching talents for Googlehref="http://www.beust.com/weblog/archives/000187.html where he asks:

and just some days later happy Bob joins Google

:-) nothing has changed… the weblog community and it's uses for marketing talents, products and companies has just developed…
