In the past few days, Google has been delivering context-sensitive ads on the right margin linking to sites that attempt to install Trojans.The normal SERPs also included a lot of sites with Trojans… typical SE spam…

Google reacted to the problem almost 72 hours after heise Security had informed the company of the problem; all of the ads and sites in the full text index that were listed in the heise online ticker report were removed. Google aims to keep an eye on the problem and take legal actions against the operators of the ads if such action seems productive. (
