REL=NOFOLLOW Plugin for MovableType ?

I just wondered if anyone out there would be interested in a little MT plugin I could create to change all HREFs to NOFOLLOW on a block/element level – e.g. all comments or even all external links in posts or all over the site…

I also wonder if any guy out there started a "conserve PageRank" experiment with a site to save all the PR for his own site…

Furthermore I wonder if you could flag a site a "bad blog site" when it has zillions of NOFOLLOW links on it… I mean – somehow this leads to the question who will have access to the information which sites have how many NOFOLLOW and which don't
