As I wrote 2 weeks ago already I am in negotiation with ServerPronto who also offered a free-retest of their servers.

During these negotiations others (affiliate management, legal counsels) acted contrary to the negotiations status – and contrary to any communication culture. The reason must have been old posts being online left here and lack of internal communcation.

However, as my old complaint posts from December do not reflect the current status of the negotiation anymore but are listed very high in the search engines, and to avoid any further unexpected escalations I decided to redirect the old URLs to this page until we complete the negotiations.

Update Sep 2006: more than a year later I want to add to this, that the negotiations ended nowhere … as one might imagine. If you want more details (about fake blogs about me, legal threats, etc…) just mail me – but I'm not interested in talking openly about their practices as I really don't care about them anymore.
