Microsoft Office, IE and CRM RSS enabled!

Microsoft is working on introducing RSS to its customer relationship management (CRM) suite – features that enable users of its Dynamics CRM to receive updated sales information through subscriber-based Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds in the third edition of Microsoft's CRM software.

The next Internet explorer will support RSS as well… oh yeah.

And finally Office 12 – and outlook will be RSS enabled – allowing users to read RSS feeds WITHOUT any extra plugins.

This is a small step in the application development,

but a BIG STEP for the RSS adoption rate!

(heck RSS is a really SIMPLE structure – it could have been implemented 2+ years ago :-)
