Cemper.com Company Transformation completed finally

The Cemper.Com company transformation from my sole proprietorship "Christoph Cemper" to a private limited company ( Cemper Gmbh ) was completed as of yesterday… tons of paperworks for legal and tax authorities completed… puh :-)

Creating a simple limited company was pretty easy and completed already by Nov 8 … the trick was to get all the tax relevant thing from the "sole prop" company to the new one…

so in fact I just completed a "mini-merger" :-)
