Google has it's own homepage creator service up since today…

This service provides an online interface for you to create you own webpages. You can log in with you GMail account. The pages are published under username.googlepages.com/.

Looks like the future web spam hosts – after blogger getting spammed to death this is going to become the next step in web spam :-)
