Cancelling my xdrive account part 2

After trying to cancel my Xdrive account their "3 hour email answer service" wasn't as promised – actually nobody got back to me after even 3 days…

Well so – I just had to call up today and tell the lady my email, credit card end digits and of course the reason why I cancelled…

"because your service does not work"...

and actually that's not just the backup service that's not working as promised…

anyone got a clue where to do have reliable online backups?

Obviously they found out that I’ve been with them for 3,5 years and after that horrible 50 hours outage due to The Planet’s support staff started cancelling my (pretty big) servers with them.

After understanding that I’m still upset about TP’s service, her interesting last question was:
