As you might recall I have been using the Serverpronto service for 5 days in December 2004.
After cancelling they started to try to charge me for multiple months without delivering service any service due to their buggy billing system.
A complex and lengthy follow up dispute was resolved somewhere mid 2005 , then both parties silenced.
However for some weeks I am currently getting a ton of "INVOICE DUE" reminders from their ModernBill billing system again and it seems their system "forgot" about my server cancel in Dec 2004 and the follow up hassles.
I'm getting mails for even TWO weird invoice numbers like
Invoice Number: 23418
Invoice Amount: $30.88
Invoice Number: 26898
Invoice Amount: $30.88
and it keeps telling me : 2 Invoice(s) Now Due: $61.76
Back in 2005 they refunded everything and cancelled my account.
I also wouldn't have cared about that company anymore if they didn't start spamming me with their false claims.
However and THIS September 15 2006 ( more than 1 year later ) I even found another credit card charge of $30 from INFOLINK (TEL 305 213 9399 ) on my card that was wrong, and does not relate to any services – hence it's fraudulent.
What puzzled me even more is that this charge was on a credit card that I am sure I never handed to them. It seems they charged a card that I ordered months later for my new company account.
I also noticed that my old login to their billing system was still active,
and so I wanted to send them a support notice with this problem.
(their support and billing system STILL does not support a MAIL-IN gateway, which is one of the biggest hassles about their service … and it was turned off intentionally, since their support software Kayako would support it)
Guess what: that Kayako Support suite told me
" Error: Email is banned "
I mailed the guys whose company emails I had – Pedro Sostre and Prieur III Leary in hopes that they would receive my complaints.
I really hope this re-bounced hassle can be resolved within 48 hours.
What about you guys – still similar problems with serverpronto?

Mr Leary got back to me immediately and very friendly and promised me to have someone look into this and have it resolved ASAP.
