Sony CLIE PEG-UX50 nifty tech, odd form

Wi-Fi Networking News are right, the new Sony CLIE PEG-UX50 has wireless a-plenty, runs Palm OS, but has odd form factor…

The PEG-UX50 is a “landscape clamshell”, with a 480 × 320 pixel screen that runs width-wise rather than vertically, as on nearly every other Palm OS handheld to date. It does, however, use the same “Twist and Rotate” flip design as Sony’s previous portrait-oriented handhelds. That leaves room for a new, larger keyboard as well. The entire devices measures 103 × 87 × 18 mm when closed, and weighs in at 175 grams.

...and I share the commenters opinion – the Ericsson P800 is next to perfect for the infowarriors we are – even if the software is not yet optimum and the cam is sort of a freaky Lobocam (geil) it’s still the best device you can get…
